Interfaith Homeless Shelter
Is a week long event during which 80 different volunteer slots have to be filled ranging from transportation to cooking for 30 or more to overnight chaperoning.  We set out the sign-up sheets and solicit more volunteers as needed.  We attend meetings with the shelter staff and keep an eye on over all coodination.

That's My Farmer
Is an ecumenical group which supports local agriculture though promoting CSA's (weekly produce baskets from local farms) and the Farmer's Market.  Early spring is the yearly fair that is held at First United Methodist to kick off the program each year. To participate contact Jackie Barbour early spring through the beginning of June.

Turkey Drive
St. Vincent DePaul brings a freezer to fill with frozen turkey, ham, or chicken.  A barrel is also available to fill with non-parishable food donations.
